Requesting API Credentials
Before you can begin integrating with Kompliant's APIs, you'll need to request customer setup and API credentials through our Customer Success team.
Getting Started
-
Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] or submit our contact form
-
Provide Required Information: Be prepared to share:
- Your company information
- Technical contact details
- Integration requirements and use cases
- Expected transaction volume
-
Account Configuration: Our team will set up your account based on your requirements
-
Receive Credentials: Once your account is configured, you'll receive:
- Account IDs
- API Keys
- Secret Keys
- Auth Tokens
- Access to both sandbox and live environments
Environment Access
Your credentials will provide access to:
- Sandbox Environment: For development and testing without affecting live data
- Live Environment: For production use with real data
API credentials are environment-specific and cannot be used across environments (sandbox credentials won't work in the live environment and vice versa).
Important Notes
- Kompliant APIs accept and return data in JSON format
- At this time, Kompliant supports only the US-English locale
- Keep your Secret Keys confidential like passwords or private certificates
- If you lose your Secret Keys or Auth Tokens, you will need to request new credentials; Kompliant cannot recover your Secret Keys once shared
- If you suspect your credentials were compromised, request new credentials immediately
Next Steps
Once you've received your credentials:
- Review the Authentication documentation to understand how to use your credentials
- Follow the Quick Start Guide to make your first API call
- Explore available Methods to begin implementing your integration
