Industry Code Types indicates the type of industry code for which a value is being supplied. Typically used industry codes include MCC (Merchant Category Code), NAICS (North American Industry Classification System), and SIC (Standard Industrial Classification). These codes provide a way to uniformly classify businesses.

At this time, only the MCC Industry Code Type is supported. NAICS and SIC will be added at a future point.
